Origins

The event attracted a large audience of scientists, professors and church leaders.

The success of this event led to the creation of the Korea Association of Creation Research (KACR) on January 31, 1981. The inaugural event was widely reported in national newspapers, including The Korea Times and Chosun Ilbo and was well-received by the public.

KACR started publishing a newsletter called CREATION. In it, the group reported on its own activities and published articles about scientific evidence for the existence of God. It also translated several slides and film strips from ICR, as well as some books on the subject that were already in print outside of Korea. KACR members gave lectures across the nation in universities and churches.

One instance of a KACR success story occurred at the KAIST university in Seoul. Students at KAIST in Seoul were keen on the concept of creationism that they raised funds and received funding to build an enlightened museum on campus.

His rule was however short-lived. Wang Geon, a powerful local leader who defeated Gungye in 935, and then united Goryeo, Baekje, and Silla Later, he incorporated Baekje into Goryeo peacefully as a successor. Wang Geon also introduced fundamental reforms, and strengthened the centralized ruling system. This marked the end of the Three Kingdoms Period. From then on, the Korean peninsula was under the control of the Goryeo Dynasty. In the Three Kingdoms Period, Goguryeo Baekje Silla slowly developed into powerful states on the peninsula, and in Manchuria.
