The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements used.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you reroll a purchased item, like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for another similar item level upgrade with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they do not retain the level of the original item and any resources that are wasted aren't refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of an item that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. After the player has met the requirements, they can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item upgrades's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to acquire them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets you increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's statistics.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) the tier of the item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
