The authors argue that these characteristics can help make the pragmatic trials more relevant and useful for everyday clinical practice, however they do not guarantee that a pragmatic trial is free from bias. The pragmatism is not a definite characteristic the test that does not have all the characteristics of an explanation study may still yield reliable and beneficial results.
